Résumé
Après la brillante victoire de RahXephon sur son ennemi, Ayato est considéré comme le pilote officiel du mecha. Il subit alors une nouvelle batterie de tests où l'on découvre qu'il a des points communs assez frappants avec Quon Kusanagi, une jeune fille bien étrange qu'Ayato a rencontrée sur le porte-avions.
