Frank Anthony Iommi, dit Tony, est un guitariste britannique né le 19 février 1948 à Birmingham en Angleterre, célèbre pour être l'un des membres fondateurs du groupe de heavy metal Black Sabbath, dont il est le seul membre permanent.
